PrivSend

A drop address lets anyone send you an encrypted message, with files —
no account, encrypted in their browser, readable only by you.

Create a drop address

We generate a key pair on this device. Your public key is published at your drop address so people can write to you; your private key is encrypted with the passphrase below before it is stored. We only ever hold ciphertext — we cannot read your messages. How it works →

Your browser will not offer to remember this — on purpose. It is the one key that isn’t already sitting on your device, so keep it in your head (or your own password notes).

There is no recovery. This passphrase is the only key to everything sent to your address. If you forget it, nobody — not the sender, not us — can ever read your messages again. You can change it later from inside your inbox, but only while you still know it.

A message is destroyed automatically once it reaches this age, whether or not you have read it.
